Content embedded from other websites

Two things on this site are hosted by other companies: our Vimeo videos and our Facebook page feed.

The brand film loads from Vimeo automatically when you open our homepage and starts muted. Vimeo receives a request before you interact with the player. The Facebook feed loads only after you select its button.

When embedded content loads, it behaves as though you had visited Vimeo or Facebook directly. Those companies can set their own cookies and collect information about your interaction with their content, particularly if you are signed in to an account with them. Their privacy policies govern that, not ours. You can pause the brand film using its player controls. To avoid loading the Facebook feed, do not select its button.

Opting out of texts and emails

If you gave consent on our contact form, you can withdraw it at any time:

• Texts: reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
• Email: email derek@freedom.ag and tell us to stop.

We ask for two separate consents — one for messages about your account and orders, one for marketing. They are independent. Withdrawing one does not withdraw the other, so tell us which one you mean, or tell us both.

Asking us for your information, or asking us to delete it

Email derek@freedom.ag and tell us what you want. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we hold and the one exception we are obliged to keep.
