These terms cover your use of freedomagsupply.com. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms are about the website. Your actual purchases from Freedom Ag Supply — pricing, delivery, payment, returns and product warranties — are governed by the order, quote or invoice you sign with us, not by this page. Where the two ever disagree, the signed order governs.

What this website is

An informational website describing who we are and what we supply, with a form for getting in touch.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a stated price, and nothing here forms a contract of sale. Product descriptions, availability and any figures shown are general information. A binding order exists only when we have agreed it with you directly and you have signed it.

Using the site

Please do not:

• use the site unlawfully, or to break anyone else’s rights
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our customer portal, or any connected system
• interfere with the site’s operation, or attempt to overwhelm it
• scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or contact details from it
• copy our content for a competing commercial purpose

The contact form

Send us accurate information, and only your own contact details — do not submit someone else’s phone number or email address.

Submitting the form does not create any obligation on our part to supply anything, and it does not create a customer relationship by itself.

If you tick a consent box, you are agreeing to receive text messages of that type. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The two boxes are separate and one does not imply the other. How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Agronomic information

Any agronomic guidance on this site — rates, product suitability, timing, practices — is general information, not a recommendation for your specific fields.

Growing conditions, soil, weather, local regulations and label requirements vary, and they decide what is appropriate on your ground. Always read and follow the product label. The label is the law, and it governs over anything written here.

For a recommendation specific to your operation, talk to your Freedom Ag Supply representative or a licensed agronomist.

Restricted-use products

Some products we supply are restricted-use pesticides. These require a valid applicator licence and are sold only to licensed purchasers, in line with state and federal law. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell a restricted-use product to anyone not licensed to buy it.

Our content

The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Freedom Ag Supply or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish them commercially or present them as your own.

Brand names and logos of the manufacturers we carry belong to those companies.

Other websites

We link to and embed content from other websites, including Facebook and Vimeo. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Availability

We try to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
