Freedom Ag Supply respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you use freedomagsupply.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

We have tried to write this in plain language. If anything here is unclear, contact us and we will explain it.

What we collect, and when

We only collect information you type into our contact form. We do not require an account, and there is nothing to sign up for.

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

• your first and last name
• your phone number
• your email address
• the service you selected
• the message you wrote
• whether you checked each of the two consent boxes, and the exact wording you agreed to
• the date and time, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string

The last item is ordinary technical information that arrives with any web request. We keep it with your submission so that we have a record of when and from where a consent was given.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to provide the information you asked for, and to follow up about our services.

We do not use your information for marketing unless you explicitly opt in by checking the marketing box on the form. The two consent boxes are separate on purpose: agreeing to hear from us about your order or account is not the same as agreeing to receive promotions, and checking one does not check the other.

Text messages

If you check a consent box, you are agreeing to receive text messages of that type from us.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• You can withdraw either consent at any time, and withdrawing one does not withdraw the other.

We do not share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.

Where your information goes

Your submission is stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS), in the United States, and a notification is emailed to our team so someone can respond to you.

If you have consented to text messages, they are sent through AWS’s messaging service.

That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to advertising networks or data brokers.

Cookies

We do not set cookies for advertising or marketing.

Content embedded from other websites

Some pages include content hosted elsewhere:

• a Facebook page feed
• Vimeo videos

Embedded content behaves as though you had visited that other website directly. Those companies can collect information about you, set their own cookies, and track your interaction with their content — particularly if you have an account with them and are signed in. Their privacy policies govern that, not ours.

The Freedom Ag Supply brand film loads from Vimeo automatically when you open our homepage and starts muted. This makes a connection to Vimeo before you interact with the player. Our Facebook feed loads only when you select its button.

How long we keep it

We keep contact submissions for as long as we need them to answer your question and follow up. We do not keep them indefinitely, and we do not use them for marketing unless you have opted in.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask us to:

• send you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• delete your personal information
• stop contacting you, by any or all methods

Email derek@freedom.ag and tell us what you want. We will act on it.

The one exception is information we are required to keep for legal, administrative or security reasons — for example, a record that you consented to messages, which is evidence we are obliged to be able to produce.

Children

This website is for farmers and agricultural businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
